The hirer will agree to not put any hazardous waste in the bin, we also dont accept gas bottles, asbestos or batterys. We do not accept plasterboard in our general waste skips.
Tyres, mattresses and sofas/armchairs (POP Waste) must be pre booked and paid for, if we find these items in the skip and they havnt been pre booked, the hirer will face additional charges.
All bins must be level fill only, lines are clearly marked and overfill may result in extra charges and or refusal to remove the bin until it is safe.
Hirer will be responsible for the bin when it is at there property, should it be damaged or stolen then the hirer is liable to pay repair or replacement charge.
The hirer understands that skip hire is for 2 weeks from the date of hire, and if no contact is made during those 2 weeks to arrange an earlier collection, the bin will be automatically collected on or shortly after the 2 week date, whether it is filled or not.
We will not be responsible for any damage to the property from the dropping or collecting of the bin, the hirer must check dimensions and ensure there is suitable room for the bin and the lorry, and make sure that its going on suitable ground. We cannot always provide wood for under our skips, so should these be required to be used, the hirer must provide them.
To cancel a booking, please contact us via phone on 0121 526 4536, at least 24hrs before delivery is due, so we can arrange a refund. If booking is cancelled less than 24hrs before, payment may have to be forfeited.
Although we will always do our best to deliver in your requested time slot of AM or PM, in some cases this may not be possible due to traffic or other rare occurrences, on these occasions, we will always keep you updated via phone or email on the progress of your delivery to get your skip to you as soon as safely possible.
Failure to follow the terms and conditions of hire will result in extra charges.
Our office opening hours are Monday – Thursday 8-5pm and Friday 8-4pm
We Deliver Monday – Friday and are closed on weekends and bank holidays. Any orders placed for bank holidays will be delivered the next working day.
